“In Her Closet” is a weekly feature on the women who inspire us in their careers, confidence, and of course, style. Each week a different influential woman will be featured, so tune in on Mondays for a peek inside their closet.

In Her Closet: Roxy Earle

Born and raised in Toronto, Roxy Earle parlayed her passion for marketing into a stellar career with Ogilvy and American Express. Her dedicated work at these institutions garnered several Canadian Marketing Awards and a Cannes Lion. She was then cast on the show The Real Housewives of Toronto; this opportunity gave her the stepping stone to build a business with a major shift and new meaning to the “plus-size” world. Earle is bringing empowerment to women of all shapes and sizes.

Her confidence has helped break down social barriers and has given a voice to a large group of women who deserve to be heard. She continues to promote, collaborate and celebrate trends toward inclusive sizing and growing confidence.

Roxy is a fierce advocate for body positivity. This passion has inspired her speaking tour and the creation of #MySizeRox, a social media movement that enables women of all sizes to be confident with their bodies. Her energy, enthusiasm and passion are breaking barriers on size and gender stereotypes. Her goal is to empower the next generation of girls to be confident in their bodies and love themselves at the size they are.
